Help for the Rallymaker and Rallyrider websites and the Rallyrider mobile app
Rallymaker and Rallyrider are operated by Rallymaker LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. Anyone can reach us at the address below — you do not need an account, and you do not need to be in a rally.
Most questions are answered within a day or two. If your rally is running right now, say so in the subject line and we will get to it first.
It helps to include: which rally you are in, whether you are a rider or an organizer, the device you are using, and what you expected to happen instead of what did.
Start at rallyrider.org/start — it covers installing the app, signing in, and claiming a bonus, and it is open to everyone.
Two things are worth knowing before you write to us, because they are the most common questions and we are not the fastest route to either:
Anything else — the app crashing, a photo that will not upload, a claim that will not submit — is ours, and we want to hear about it.
Written help for planning a rally, importing bonuses, building combos, and scoring lives inside the site under Help, once you are signed in.
If you do not have an account and want one, write to us. There is no public sign-up: organizer accounts are created by hand, because every one of them can see rider personal details and we would rather know who is asking.
Rallymaker is the organizer's side — building a rally's bonus locations and combinations, running the start line, and scoring riders when they return.
Rallyrider is the rider's side — a mobile app for claiming bonuses out on the road, built to keep working where there is no cell signal and to upload once there is.
Both are used for motorcycle endurance rallies, where riders have a fixed time limit and choose their own route between scattered bonus locations.
What the software collects and who can see it is set out in the privacy policy. To ask for a copy of what is held about you, or for it to be deleted, follow the instructions there.
